Our Mission Is To Increase The Availability Of Safe, Nutritious Vegetables And Fruit In Hamilton, Ny And The Surrounding Region. We Grow All Of Our Products In An Ecologically Sensitive Manner That Celebrates Our Connection To The Land. In The Long Term We Hope To Achieve This By Intertwining Aspects Of Organic Agriculture, Habitat Restoration, Ecological Building Techniques And Energy Generation, And Environmental Education. We Farm Two Rented Acres At Maple Avenue Farms Near Poolville, Growing Over 40 Different Types Of Vegetables And More Than 200 Varieties - We Hope To Add A New Vegetable To Our Array Every Year! We Have Signed The Northeast Organic Farming Association Of New York's “farmers' Pledge” Which Indicates Our Intentions To Farm With The Utmost Respect For The Environment And For Our Community.
