Yes this process takes longer to afinisha out the cow, but the nutrients and taste of the meat is superior. Our chickens roam free, allowing them to engage in natural foraging behaviors. That gives us the benefit of an egg with a deeper darker yolk rich with vitamins and nutrients and meat birds with superior taste and quality. Our vegetables are grown free of any chemicals and unnatural inputs. The health of the soil is the foundation for our success.
