My pies are handcrafted and individually sized. They each weigh about 8 ounces. I feature Indiana grown ingredients as much as possible such as apples, grass-fed beef, free-range chicken, pastured pork. The pies are fully baked and frozen so the consumer only need warm them up for a quick and delicious meal of locally grown food. The most popular pies I carry are the dinner pies: Roast Pork and Apple with Sweet Potato topping, Sheperds Pie, Chuckwagon Pie (BBQ Beef, beans, cheese and mashed potatoes in a cornmeal crust) and Quaker Chicken Pie. Dessert Pies include: Indiana Sugar Cream Pie, Cherries Jubilee, Autumn Apple Crunch (5 varieties of Indiana apples) and Bumbleberry. I premiered my product for two months at the end of last summer at the Greenwood Farmers Market. I averaged sales of 65 pies each Saturday with many repeat customers. This winter I have accepted custom orders and have been baking continuously. I would welcome more wholesale and additional farmer's markets.
