Kahiki Foods is a leading manufacturer of Asian-themed frozen foods for the retail market and the foodservices industry in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Its more than 70 Pan-Asian products include appetizers, egg rolls, meals, and sauces. The company sells its food products to restaurants and other hospitality operators, as well as to consumers through convenience stores, supermarkets (such as Kroger and Albertsons), and warehouse clubs (Sam's Club and Costco). Originally the operator of the Kahiki Supper Club in Columbus, Ohio, the company switched gears to focus on frozen food production in 1993 under the leadership of the late Michael Tsao.
Holding company ABARTA has owned Kahiki Foods since 2007.
