About Us
Blue Owl Preserves provides low sugar jams made with organic ingredients. With only 3 g of sugar per serving (compared to as much as 12 g in name brand varieties), the full flavor and sweetness of the fruit shines through. I source much of my fruit from Colorado growers, when seasonally available. Jam is produced in small-batches in Colorado Springs.
