About Us
Scott’s Processing is a USDA Type 1 Licensed Plant with a Custom Exempt License located in Carlyle, Illinois.
We are licensed to wholesale, sell retail meats in our small storefront, process farm killed animals, further process pork for curing, and come to the farm to butcher beef in emergent and non-emergent situations.
Sam and Nichol Scott purchased the former Seiffert Locker on March 1st, 2011. We own and operate this little hidden gem that most people have no idea is here! Our focus is custom processing for the small local family farmers in Clinton and surrounding counties and our retail selection is just an added bonus for our local customers.
